Future of job hunting is hunting other candidates

The competition in this scenario is going towards the next phase of job hunting, which is hunting other candidates. As the job opportunities increase the candidates for that particular job increases more than that. There is a serious competition, but I see a thin line which can make this competition worst in the future. Dividing people into competent and incompetent is different than ruining someone’s image in front of the interviewer but its common these days. People are going to any extent to make others fall.


Oh god, there are so many ways of impressing the interviewers, and I pity sometimes it’s not only your work. It includes obeying them on whatever, they say and telling them about how good their company is even though you don’t even knew anything except the name.


The lesson you learn from this era of job hunting is if you know your work you are useless and in the other hand if you know how to please people you are the suitable candidate by every means period.


I wont be surprised reading a headline on the newspaper one morning stating A candidate got killed by the fellow candidate, but what I will be saying is “Job hunting is riskier than fighting on a battlefield without arms” and I won’t be surprised either if the education board put a new subject in the curriculum named “1001 ways of job hunting”


I think it’s rightly said future is UNCERTAIN.
